Chris works with celebrity chefs (or anyone who can do the cooking!)
She provides the commentary about the nutritional aspects of each food being cooked. She will discuss the ethics of food and how to choose quality foods. This is an informative journey around the supermarket shelves and how to see beyond the marketing hype.
Chris has hands on experience of organic food production - she worked as a volunteer on an organic farm in France.
She has also worked with Stephen Saunders, celebrity cook (one of the original "Ready Steady Cook" team!)
As a keen cyclist, Chris took part in the first, Great Organic Bike Ride across Spain - from Bilbao to Barcelona.
She raised £1750, for the Soil Association's Biodiversity campaign.
Chris is the Chair and leader of the Aberdeenshire Slow Food Convivium (www.slowfood.com), which aims to promote and celebrate the biodiversity of traditional foods and ingredients.
